How to select the right partner for your remodel?

It's always a good idea to do research on your design & build firm. Some of the items you may consider in your research are reputation for ethics, quality and professionalism. Effective communication throughout the project including presenting potential hurdles upfront are also key items to consider. Ultimately, you want a partner that will make your remodel enjoyable and dare we say, fun.

How long would an entire remodel take?

You've undoubtedly heard horror stories of a small project that turned into a nightmare of being dragged out over an atrocious amount of time. In our initial conversations, we will give you a financial and a timeframe estimate for your remodeling project. We will factor in the variables and do our best to give you an accurate picture of how the project will progress.

Can we still live there while the work is being done?

After having remodeled more than 700 homes, the more significant the remodel, the more recommended it is for the family to reside in temporary living quarters. And in a whole home remodel, temporary living in a different location definitely provides several key advantages including that you and your family will be more comfortable away from the dust and inconvenience of a major renovation project. Our craftsmen will also be able to work more efficiently by taking over the space. When they are done, you will be amazed to see your newly renovated home, clean and ready to move back in. Ultimately, we will make the project successful with whichever option you choose.

I'm very busy. How involved do I have to be in the process?

We love to provide an exciting and enjoyable process for our clients from start to finish. You will enjoy working with your own designer at the beginning of the project. After that, it is up to you how often you want to check in on the progress. If you don't have the time, we will provide updates to keep you apprised of the project's milestones.
