Remodeling kitchens and bathrooms are what springs to mind when someone says they are thinking of an interior remodeling project. An interior project can remodel any room in your home. Any room can benefit from a refresh - from fireplace walls to built-in cabinets and anything else you can imagine.
Our homes change over time, and so do our needs for our home. As children leave home, their old bedrooms can become workable areas. Perhaps the focus is on making the first floor of your home more accessible and self-contained for aging-in-place? The possibilities are as endless as the reasons for interior remodeling.
Why choose the Alexander Group?
Over 30 years and hundreds of clients means you get experience and referrals that you can trust. We have remodeled just about every part of a home.
Our projects always begin in one way: by listening to you. You know what you need and want; our job is to give that to you. Together we work on a plan for your project, down to the details. That way, you know what you are getting and there are no surprises.
The Alexander Method
We have broken down our process into five steps to give you the project you want it, delivered on time and on budget.
Step 1: Consultation
Consulting with you is step one. You know what you want and need, and that dictates the project. Our job is to design a project that fulfills your goals with quality and craftsmanship in mind.
Step 2: Design
After consultation and site visits, we move into the design phase. We finalize what you want and begin selecting the materials that will bring it to life.
Step 3: Plan
Detailed drawings are made and finalized. These drawings include any plumbing and electrical work your remodel will include. The design team also pulls any permits needed for your project.
Step 4: Build
During the build phase, your project comes to life. The day to day operations are handled by the construction team, in close communication with the design team, who keep you updated on the status.
Step 5: Post-Build
After the work is completed, our commitment to your home is ongoing.
